Ultimate Obstacles​   Ninja Warrior and Obstacle Race Training Center

At Ultimate Obstacles we have adult fitness classes great for all different levels. Classes range from 30 minutes to 60 minutes and all have a different focus.

We have Memberships that include classes with open gym and also Classes only memberships. Drop ins are welcomed as long as there is room in the class the day of.

Adult Classes

TRX Power Performance

The TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and your body weight to perform exercises. You are in control of how you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. The 45 minute group TRX class with combine strength and cardio moves to help you push your physical limits! Great for Beginners!

Spartan SGX

Our Spartan SGX classes are the pinnacle of training at Ultimate Obstacles. Whether you are training for an obstacle course race or just training to be ready for any challenge thrown at you, then this class is for you! In our SGX class you will bend, crawl, carry, climb, hang, jump, lift, lunge, pull, push, run, sprint, squat, squirm, and twist. Our SGX classes are based off of a four week session and progress through that time, so you can be certain to get results with our detailed workouts. Our most advanced class at UO. Come prepared!


In this class-for-all you'll get out of that comfort zone with dumbbells and learn some of the classic moves that come along with the Russian counterweight. Learn and perform moves from the swing to the get-up, figure 8's to the farmer carry. You'll get quite the workout from all the high intensity ballistic movements we have in store for you!

Adult Ninja

Learn correct technique on all our Ninja obstacles in our newest Adult class! 45 minutes of hands on practice on the obstacles with a coach to teach you how to conquer the obstacles! All skill levels welcome - perfect for first timers!


A 3 phase, ​8 week program to increase your strength, balance, and stabilization! Work on single limb exercises to train your mind and body in a completely different way. You will feel stronger and more in control of your body and movements before you know it! Intermediate level
