Our Spartan SGX classes are the pinnacle of training at Ultimate Obstacles. Whether you are training for an obstacle course race or just training to be ready for any challenge thrown at you, then this class is for you! In our SGX class you will bend, crawl, carry, climb, hang, jump, lift, lunge, pull, push, run, sprint, squat, squirm, and twist. Our SGX classes are based off of a four week session and progress through that time, so you can be certain to get results with our detailed workouts. Our most advanced class at UO. Come prepared!
Not ready for the SGX class but interested to see what its all about? This half hour class introduces the Spartan SGX program at a moderate level so you can build up the strength and stamina needed for our hour long SGX class. Beginner Level
In our increasingly sedentary lifestyle it can be hard to make sure our bodies are moving and functioning like they should! This class is perfect for anyone who wants to increase their mobility and agility (Mojility) in a very sweaty and fun class. Intermediate Level
12 stations of 1 minute work, 30 second rest. A full body cycle in a go at your own speed style - you choose how intense you want your workout to be. 12 stations allows for 5 minutes of warm up, 18 minutes of work, 5 minutes of cool down and 2 minutes to explain the circuit! Very beginner friendly as you can choose your own pace!
Learn correct technique on all our Ninja obstacles in our adult only obstacle class! 45 minutes of hands on practice on the obstacles with a coach to teach you how to conquer the obstacles. All skill levels welcome - perfect for first timers!
Just like Spartan SGX prepares you for a Spartan Race, NinjaFit will prepare you for the Ninja obstacles you've been dying to try.
