Our new Beginner Ninja Warrior classes are for people that have no experience in obstacles and want to learn the basics. We are here to teach you balance, climbing tips, and grip strength basics.
Walking into a ninja gym can feel intimidating, and quite honestly confusing when you are new. Open Gym can be fun with friends but you will learn so much more and start building some basic skills in a class more easily.
Our experienced coaches know how to start with the simple obstacles first and break them down so that you can see progress in every class. They will introduce more advanced versions of the obstacles once you are ready and help you continue to grow.
