What's the difference between OCR and Ninja?

OCR, or Obstacle Course Racing, was made popular by races like Spartan, Tough Mudder, F.I.T. Challenge, and many more. These races are fun for those who love to challenge themselves with running interspersed with obstacles like climbing walls, spear throws, heavy carries, and traversing. Prepare to get muddy - usually these races are outside on mountains or large farms!
Ninja however, is all obstacles and no running. Ninja competitions string together multiple obstacles focusing on balance, swinging, climbing, and can be heavily upper body based. NBC's American Ninja Warrior is an incredibly popular competition that showcases athletes from all over the world - even some from our own backyard!
