Want to take your child to the next level with their ninja skills? Our Ninja Team class will work on the same skills from the Obstacle Warrior class but also add in conditioning and much more course practice. The skills are the foundation and the conditioning will make them stronger and faster!
This class is for anyone who wants to increase their Ninja skills and compete in Ninja competitions. Team members are required to compete in some aspect. The Team is meant to be challenging, fun, and supportive!
There are a few levels of competitions - from fun local competitions to high level national league competitions. We are a part of the New England Ninja Association (NENA) as well as the National Ninja League (NNL). NENA consists of 8 local Ninja gyms - Ultimate Obstacles, Gymja Warrior, Action Athletics, TA Fitness, Vitality Obstacle Fitness, Cape Cod Ninja Warrior, Laid Back Fitness, and Strive Ninja Fitness. Members of these Ninja Teams are required to compete in the NENA competition series throughout the school year, all leading up to the Finals Competition held in March.
Ninja Team is for children 6-17 who want to compete in Ninja Warrior competitions. Athletes must be at a skill level 2 or higher - evaluated by our coaches.

Ages 6-8: Thursday 5:30 - 7 pm
Ages 9-10: Friday 6:45 - 8:15 pm
Ages 11-14: Tuesday 6:45 - 8:15 pm
Young Adult: Tuesday 4:45 - 6:15 pm
One 1.5 hour class per week

NENA Competition Fees
Includes all NENA qualifier competition fees for the season, coaches dues, Team jersey, 2 private coaching sessions per season, skills assessment and specialized workouts based on skill weaknesses.
There are NO sibling discounts on NENA fees.
