We had a great time at our Ladies Only workout class with Coach Mary, and we're bringing it back for the new year! Join Coach Mary for a women's only workout on Friday nights at 7:30 pm. This class will give you a workout that anyone can do - whether you've been exercising for 10 years or 10 minutes, all the exercises can be made easier or harder to fit where you're at in your fitness journey. Join us for our first 4-week session starting on January 10th!
